Use saved queries

It is possible to define saved queries in order to keep search criteria and use them again later.

Saved queries can be made of several filters and be modified/deleted.

It is also possible to choose a saved query that will be automatically used on the Dashboard.

Creating a saved query

  1. Click on Inventory
  2. Make a query using the search bar or the available filters
  3. Click on the saving icon standing right off the main search bar
  4. Name your saved query within the displaying windows
  5. Click on save

Using a saved query

From the asset’s inventory

  1. Click on Inventory
  2. Click on the bookmark icon standing right off the main search bar
  3. In the drop down, click on the name of the needed saved query

From the Dashboard

  1. Click on Dashboard
  2. Click on the bookmark icon standing right off the main search bar
  3. In the drop down, click on the name of the needed saved query

Pin a saved query to the Dashboard

  1. Click on Dashboard
  2. Click on the bookmark icon standing right off the main search bar
  3. In the drop down, click on the pin icon next to the name of the saved query
  4. The saved query is now pinned and will be applied automatically when accessing the Dashboard

Deleting a saved query

  1. Click on Inventory
  2. Click on the bookmark icon standing right off the main search bar
  3. In the drop down, click on the trash at the end of the name of the needed saved query
