Configure a SMTP server

Go to Administration > SMTP.

Basic elements

  • Address: SMTP server’s address
  • Port: Port used by the SMTP server
  • Domain: Domain used by the SMTP server
  • Username: Username use to establish a connection to the SMTP server
  • Password: Password of the username previously informed
  • Sender: Email address that will be used by Cyberwatch

Configure a non-authentication server

In order to configure a non-authentication server, you will have to deploy the Advanced settings button, and then select none in the authentication field.

If an error occurs, it’s possible to delete the actual configuration with the Delete button, and then, put the desired configuration.
