Use saved and recent queries
It is possible to define saved queries in order to keep search criteria and use them again later.
Saved queries can be made of several filters and be modified and deleted.
Saved queries are available on the asset inventory, on the dashboard, and on every encyclopedia.
It is also possible to choose a saved query that will be automatically used on this views.
Queries are available in the “request” menu, accessible by clicking the star icon on the left of the main search bar on concerned views.
On all views where saved queries are available, the five last requests are saved. This requests can be turned into saved queries or deleted.
Creating a saved query
- Go on any view with saved queries.
- Make a query using the search bar or the available filters.
- Open the queries menu on the left of the main search bar.
- The query have been registered in recent queries.
- Any recent query can be saved by clicking the « Save » button.
Using a saved query
- Go on any view with saved queries.
- Open the queries menu on the left of the main search bar.
- In the drop down, click on the name of a saved or recent query to apply it.
Dashboard saved queries and recent queries are shared with the inventory.
Pin a saved query
- Go on any view with saved queries.
- Open the queries menu on the left of the main search bar.
- In the drop down, click on the pin icon next to the name of the saved query.
- The saved query is now pinned and will be applied automatically when accessing the view.
Queries pinned on the dashboard are also pinned on the asset’s inventory, and vice versa.
Deleting a query
- Go on any view with saved queries.
- Open the queries menu on the left of the main search bar.
- In the drop down, click on the trash at the end of the name of the query you want to delete.
